Tabitha Brincat

Tabitha has served clients as a family law attorney since 2009. She began her legal career in Southern California and moved back to Oregon in 2012 to continue her career in family law. She worked at a law firm in Portland before opening her own practice in 2016. Selected to Super Lawyers 2019-2023.
Jordan Michael New
PARTNER
Jordan is a seasoned trial attorney, with experience in criminal, personal injury, and family law. His familiarity with several areas of law allow him to handle a wide variety of cases and to look at each case from several different perspectives. As you might imagine, the issues addressed in criminal, divorce, and personal injury cases often overlap. When they do, Mr. New is able to provide insight that would not occur to attorneys with less breadth of experience.
Mr. New works for his clients to achieve expedient, affordable, and appropriate resolutions to their legal issues. Whether by agreement of the parties, determination of the court, or trial, he fights enthusiastically for his clients’ rights.

Tyler is an associate attorney at Brincat & New and a native Oregonian with experience litigating matters across various areas of law. His experience practicing in the areas of business, healthcare, and employment law allow him to approach legal matters from multiple points of view. Tyler prides himself on his professionalism, attention to detail, and curiosity for learning. He developed sound research, writing, and oral advocacy skills during his time working at the Supreme Court of the State of Oregon for Associate Justice Meagan A. Flynn and for the Magistrates at the Oregon Tax Court.
Anne Kiefel

Anne is from Portland and is a graduate of California Western School of Law in San Diego. Anne has been with Brincat & New since she was an extern in law school, and is solely dedicated to practicing family law.
Bethany C.K. Ace

Bethany comes to our office by way of Honolulu, Hawaii. After graduating from the University of Michigan Law School, Bethany practiced civil litigation, appellate law, and transactional law for over nine years before returning to the mainland and making Central Oregon her home. She practiced cannabis business law and criminal defense law as a public defender before deciding to apply her diverse litigation skills to our family law practice. Bethany loves taking on new challenges and the constant learning and growth inherent with practicing law, as well as applying her knowledge and skills daily to serve the families of Central Oregon and beyond. When not in the office, you can find Bethany off-roading, hiking, and exploring with her senior rescue pups.

Tuvshinkhuu Tumurkhuu

Tuvshinkhuu is a graduate of Portland State University, with a degree in Psychology. While he was born in the United States, he spent his childhood in Mongolia, and has returned to further his education. In his free time, he enjoys going on hikes, trying new food, and spending time with his family.
